How to get in touch, what will happen when I do?

You can either contact me via the contact form on the website, send an email or text message from your mobile.  I will then arrange to meet with you for a brief informal chat either on zoom or by telephone.   The brief chat usually lasts around 15 minutes giving you an opportunity to meet with me.  You will not be asked to go into depth about your difficulties but just to see what you might want help with.  If you feel comfortable in that meeting we set up an initial consultation and then formulate how to go forward. It's always really helpful, somewhere along the line that we get to meet face to face on Zoom, because there's so much that we can miss out on just on a telephone call.

It is really important that you have a private room, to be able to have the conversation and it is helpful to use headphones, especially if there are other people nearby.  Having a radio playing in another room can protect the sound of your conversation.  Confidentiality is really important. 

Payment

How do I pay?

If we agree to work together, I will send you my banking details for payment in advance of your appointment.

If you are unable to attend a session, please give me as much notice as possible so I can try and reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment I charge the full rate for  that session.
